Service and delivery were excellent and as I requested.I have ordered flowers twice in December for my aunt who lives in Chester UK from Canada. I like to purchase from local merchants for her and Cocoa Florist have delivered beautiful arrangements in each case. The arrangements have been true to the images presented on their website and the flowers have been plentiful and very fresh upon delivery. The deliveries have each been as I requested in terms of date and approximate time of delivery. When I return to the UK in the spring. I will be sure to stop in at the shop to express my thanks and appreciation in person.

Cocoa flowers are far and away the best florist I've ever used for digging me out of the mire when I've forgotten an anniversary, come home too late and too drunk or watched football on my partner's landmark birthday. She was very happy to receive her bunch of flowers, and the photo she sent us seemed to be very nice for sure, but maybe not quite the photo of what we chose. Aspects that I found less pleasurable were the introduction of a £5 service charge after I had selected the flowers and been told that the price included delivery. Additionally the inability to select or request an approximate time - even just morning or afternoon- was not helpful.
