Pete has worked as a chef for some twenty years, so he knows a thing or two about chocolate and confectionary.In starting their own business Clare and Pete wanted to retain their individual key skills, to this end you will find many of Cocoa flowers' chocolates are homemade.Pete plans to open a continental style chocolate shop to the rear of the florists selling homemade chocolates, hot chocolate for the winter months and homemade ice cream for warmer times.
